How To Insert

  • Check the marked size on the box to make sure your shoe size is within the range.
  • Remove from the box and find the trim line that corresponds to your size.
  • If you are unsure of the size, remove the insole from your shoe. Lay on top of the CBD Insole aligning the heel. With a pen, trace the forefoot on the hemp fabric top cloth.
  • With scissors, cut following the correct trim line or you pen trace.
  • Insert hemp insoles into your shoe.
  • Not all shoes are the same so if the insoles do not fit well, remove and cut where needed for the best fit.

Care & Use

  • The fabric is 100% hemp which is one of nature's toughest fiber and naturally moisture absorbing and odor resistant. Most likely you will insert it and forget it!
  • If needed you can remove and wash by hand or machine wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Air dry the insoles, do not use a dryer.
  • Our testing shows you can wash the insole up to 20 times and still have an effective amount of CBD.
  • Under normal conditions, effective dosage of CBD will continue for 6 to 8 months. The comfort of the gel insole will last the life of your shoe.
